Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Please allow up to 14 days to ship.
No shipping during weekends, holidays or bank holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items will be sent with tracking number.
If you are located in the Miami area and would like to arrange a personal pick up or delivery option, please select the Local Pick Up option at checkout and contact info@alexanovakoski.com to arrange pick up details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally to nearly all destinations. If you are in a non-US location, please contact info@alexanovakoski.com for shipping costs. Generally paintings shipped outside of the US can only be shipped unframed and unmounted due to the high risk of damage and the high cost for oversize parcels.
Seller is not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process; customs or other. Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for website purchases through our primary processor, Stripe, which will appear on statements as ALEXA NOVAKOSKI ART. Additionally, we accept payments through Paypal.
SALES TAX
We collect 6% Florida sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Florida. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state and use tax laws.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of original art, we do not accept refunds or returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.
